Make Payments - Maintenance Requests

RESIDENTIAL TENANTS

Tenants, please note that per your residential lease agreement, you are responsible for the following maintenance items:

1. Garbage disposal repairs, that are due to Tenant negligence

2. Plumbing repairs, that are due to Tenant negligence

3. Toilet backups

4. Reset of electrical breakers

5. Battery replacement in Smoke/CO2 detectors

6. Furnace filter replacement

Your Property Manager has the right to share contact information with Vendors in order to resolve issues in a timely manner. Tenants must meet any Vendors on-site for repair.
